Medical Center Representative (Portland, OR Territory)
The Medical Center Representative will work within the Portland, OR territory to establish productive relationships and foster credibility with a variety of health care professionals. Daily activities include but are not limited to:
- Arrangement of group selling programs.
- Providing education and value added services to physicians.
- Identifying members of P&T committees to influence formulary acceptance.
- Preparing and analyzing market data in order to identify customer and market trends.
- Acting as a mentor to other representatives within the division.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree and at least two to three years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a hospital environment is required. Teaching institution experience preferred. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and an ability to develop new business and customer relationships. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and a sincere desire to succeed in the pharmaceutical industry. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
